We are confident that you will be pleased with your order however, things can go wrong. If you wish to return an item to us, please notify us by email and safely return the item to us within seven (7) working days of receipt. A full refund of the price you paid for the item will be issues within thirty days or receipt provided the item is returned in its original condition which is; unused, it ints original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for all delivery costs. Our refund will not include the cost of post and packing and we can not refund if the goods are part-used or damaged. Please obtain proof of posting from the post office in the unlikely event that the item does not reach us.
Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices of our goods do not include shipping.

When you have completed your order this does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In the event we do cancel and order we will, of course, issue a full refund.
Unless otherwise specified your order will be shipped within 7 working days of your full payment being received.
Please note once paid in full, and we have accepted your order, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
We use PayPal and credit card payment processing options for our customers.

If an item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within seven (7) days or receipt and we will work with you to either arrange to either replace your item or refund the purchase price. We do ask that you pack the damaged item with care and return it to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will refund the cost incurred by you in returning it to us and replace or refund the goods.
