It does not only need to be use in warm cozy drinks and pies but it can be found in our skin products as well, as it is very beneficial. Pumpkin contains beta-carotene which helps to reverse UV damage and improve skin texture. It protects the skin from radical damage which is the cause of wrinkles and skin cancer. It helps fight the aging process of the skin by removing the old, dead skin cells and replacing them with the healthy, new cells underneath. It contains fruit enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids also knows as AHAs, which increase cell turnover, to brighten and smooth out the skin. Pumpkin also contains antioxidants Vitamin A and C to help soften and soothe the skin and boost collagen production to prevent the signs of aging. Clays
